Parcels are shipped via US Postal Service.We strive to ship every order within 2-3 business days Monday through Friday. However, items are handcrafted and may be in limited quantity. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. If you would like to expedite your order you may email us at southernbella@live.com for a shipping rate.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through Google Checkout since it is the safe and easist way. You do not have to give out your credit card information.
Returns and Refunds for broken or defective orders:
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If an order is defective or broken or a wrong item simply email us at southernbella@live.com within 10 days of receipt and we will issue you a return ID number. Once the order has been received we will credit your account.
